Interesting
tried it briefly - replace assassin's remedy with way of perfection for a little healing and it handles hm stone elemental farming as well as the A/Mo build. A little slower on Cobblestone but took out a crown of thorns with less injury.
May have to do some tweaking and gives this a little more use.

No Assassin's Remedy = Wounding Strike > the aftermath of your damage.

So, how do you rig the scythe? Zealous/Fortitude? Sundering/Enchanting? or some other way?
15>50? or do you count on being hexed and go for 20% while hexed?

Zealous is pointless, seeing as you'll be getting 5 energy pretty much every hit. I'd say an enchanting scythe to put up your enchantments, then use a vampiric/fortitude scythe. 15^50 or 15 while enchanted would both work.

Scythe, the weapon that sundering is actually useful on, a sundering scythe crit under [[aura of holy might] deals massive damage, and with crit strikes it happens quite often.
15^50 or ench are fine, +enchanting or +al i'd say.

When you scythe critical all the time, sundering will actually yield better DPS than vampiric against lvl 20 targets. Lvl 28 I'm less sure about.

Scythesins were extremely strong.
I still think the tree should get hit too.

The changes to mystic/eremites has nothing to do with scythe sins in PvE. Like every single skill balance, it's because of PvP. The skills would have been changed regardless.

I think s/he was pointing at the nerf to Assassin's Remedy.
But if s/he was pointing at the nerf to Mystic / Emerites, I would quote Pyro.

Oh right, AR was changed too.
Either way, the changes have nothing to do with this thread.
