EDIT: But seriously, I really wish I could decipher what he's saying half the time. Besides enemies with blocking stances and [Reversal of damage] like skills, it sounds like a pretty good build.

Uhm. Imo remove crit agility and put GoLE/attunement. Or Golden Lotus strike, it's ftw even at 9 dagger mastery.

I've gotten about eight or nine elite mesmer tomes from Veturni Mindsquall. Quick to run to and enemies to farm on the way. Magus Stones is a fun spot to farm.
