It all depends on your rank in the kurzick/luxon title tracks. If you're only rank 1 or 2 and are getting a 3s SY than FGJ will certainly help you out a lot at maintaining it. Of course, even if you can maintain SY for 80% of the time, wouldn't you rather maintain it for 100% of the time every other 20 seconds?

The math (correct me if I'm wrong):
SY! = 8 'strikes' of adren. It lasts 5 seconds for me as I'm r8.
Dark Fury is up continually: each hit gives me 2 strikes of adren.
...can I get 4 hits in every 5 seconds?
Usually, yes. How important it is to stay in combat; PvE and PvP really are nothing alike.

Assassin's Promise
Golden Phoenix
Critical Strike
Black Spider
Death Blossom
"Finish Him!"
(rez or whatever)
is my uber pve sin I've been having an insanely easy time vanquishing kurzick turf with. You won't need SY because everything will die too fast. You won't need longer dagger combos because everything will die too fast. You won't to worry about self heals or armor because... well, you get the idea. Start out with the top two, use GPS->CS is you're low on energy, BSS->DB if you have more to spare, FH at <50.

I also go with this one most of the time, it's cheap, fairly quick recharge and the blind means You>almost all physical enemies

The point with Sneak is that it's single-target Blind, not AoE (barring [skill]epidemic[/skill] shenanigans), which doesn't really benefit you when mobfighting.
Of course there are areas where Sneak is very much justified. Optional imho... Margonites come in all shapes and sizes.

I was reading up on Save Yourselves! and was skeptical on using it on my sin because of this "Monsters like to target the enemy with the lowest armor level, and with your entire team (except you) under a +100 armor boost, they are likely to all collapse on you"
but im guessing the armor boost from critical agility and the 75% block from critical defenses helped with all the extra foes only targetting you.

Well, yes, but even more so:
the Monks have no-one else to concentrate on but you, and keep you topped off (frequently over-healing in the process) under the direst of circumstances.

I see you guys saying use Club of 1000 bears for the infinite knockdown, but do you really even get to use it that often. I would think the enemies would die pretty fast

I like to use it before my attack chain, it sorta adds a semi-snare imo. Critical Agility - Club - offhand - dual - MS - dual

SY will not make all enemies attack only the user. Meaning that healers will still have to worry about healing other party members while potentially having the SY user receive a spike. IMO, SY is just not a good idea on an A unless that A is loaded with defensive measures.

SY is good on anything that can use it frequently enough... If my ele could use it effectively, he'd have it too. It's just far too good.

Critical Defenses and Agility are not loaded with defense. Defenses only works against attacks and +24 armor on an A isn't too much to boast about. The only time to really use SY is in HM and in HM, CD and CA aren't good enough for an A to spam SY, even with healers healing him. But that's just my opinion. I'd personally stick with W and P for SY, but whatever suits you.
Btw, what's up with the title? "Definitive best PVE sin"? No way is this the "definitive best PVE sin" build. There's no such thing. Different builds have different strengths and weaknesses and this build is somewhat specific to enemies that don't get killed instantly. In most NM areas, enemies get killed so fast, I sometimes don't even get a chance to use MS on below 50% enemies.

ive run that build in HM ive vanquished cantha and most of elona with that build if u cant kill someone in a 1 2 3 combo and need moebuis ur doing something wrong, its a waste of an elite. Assassins really dont need an elite ive use melandrus, in HM its god mode trust me man.
Gatta try it before u can get negative.

i can vanquish any area on an empty skill bar. being able to vanquish is hardly proof that a build is good.

making good use of PvE only skills makes a big difference, hence your build with SY! and Critical Agility wins. I wish there was a viable way for casters to use SY! Damn my main being a necro!
