Guess the nerf! game
Ok, I suggest we try to guess the next nerf we gonna get The one with a closest guess wins (no prize, sorry )
Keep in mind that this nerf will probably nuke our new toys beyond any usefulness ^^
My guess is:
Palm Strike: 10 energy, 12 recharge, cripple duration halved
Mark of Insecurity: 15 energy, 2 seconds cast time, 20 recharge, 60% expiration rate
Wastrels Collapse: 10 energy, 3 seconds of all skills disable after the use

The ONLY things that get immediate nerfs are those overused in GvG, which Palm Strike is really gonna get it. That's the only thing that i can ever be seeing nerfed in the near future.
Other things that affect RA and HA are mostly to hell with, until after a few months of getting sick and tired of hearing complaints from players and they just give in. I can't recall any specific skill that's been whined about as far as RA/HA goes.

Hex spell. Shadowstep to target foe, hex lasts 5 seconds. If foe was using a skill, target is knocked down. All non dagger attack skills recharge for 10 seconds.
Palm Strike: 5/.75/8-10
Touch Skill. Target takes 10...70 damage. If target was moving, target becomes crippled for 1...7 seconds.

If they have an idea about balance, only Palm Strike will be nerfed a little bit. With a recharge time lengthened to 6, or maybe even 8. This skill brought sins to game again in GvG and I don't think it's a bad point. (I dont play sin)
Maybe that the cripple duration will be a little bit shorter too.
But I don't expect any big change right now.
And, above all, I am so happy to see new builds and people experimenting stuff. It's so cool. Its the way GW means to be played imo

congratulations. you've managed to make it more powerful.
anyways, the only needed nerf to assassins would be a 6-8 second recharge on palm strike, maybe with slightly lowered damage. aside from the added cripple, palm strike now allows you to run a third dual attack because of its short recharge. this ability needs to disappear.

Elite Hex Spell. For 1...3 seconds, target foe suffers from -1...3...3 Health degeneration, and Enchantments and Stances on target foe expire 66% faster.
I see this getting the Smiter's Boon treatment.

my only qualm is that palm strike overshadows other sin options. these have to be buffed to the same level as palm strike, then we will have balanced sins.

I would seriously laugh if Izzy did something stupid and make MoI worse than it's original form. Considering that if you revert it, people aren't going to take it, Enchantments lasting half their duration sounds fun at first....but if thats all it's doing (sure it works on stances, but enchantments is the bread and butter).....you can do better.
Anyways MoI:
10 energy, 2 second cast, 12 recharge Enchantments expire 33% faster.
^ t'is be a stupid nerf, but I would not be surprised.
