when i do my 30min fow HM clears, i use:

golden fox strike
wild strike
death blossem (or Critical strike)
Flasing Blades (E)
critical agilty
critical eye (or Save Yourselves)_(critical eye to keep the energy full bar and able to spam4ever)_(SY for team protection)
critical defences
deaths charge (to jump and have surprise sex with the warriors

)

15-16 dagger mastery (major or sup. dagger mastery run on head band)
14-15 critical strikes (major or sup. critical strikes on armor piece)
Night stalkers insignias
+50health rune, then any other runes to suit the area, your health, or energy.
20/20, 15/50, +30 daggers

This build is fairly efficient in FoW for that it blocks almost all attacks and with a smart enough monk that can remove any hexes put on you, can wipe mobs fairly fast. Flashing blades kills the shadow elementalists extremely fast now that firestorm triggers flashing blades. and besides the fact that nothing can hit you. The actual 30-45min fow clear HM is a guild made team build. do not ask for it. this build with some modifactions could tank DoA fairly easy with the correct team. Better than the A/E perma tank except for the fact it can not run around naked

firestorm doesn't trigger flashing blades, attacks do. if you had tested this build before you posted it (or, you know, read the skill description for flashing blades when you put it on your bar) you would know this.

have you tried this build in DoA? DoA is not FoW. DoA would destroy this build. two major or sup runes, nightstalker or radiant insignia? what do you have, like 6 health?
