i suggest running a necro secondary and bringing Barbs, Mark of Pain, Rigor Mortis, and Enfeebling Blood.

I find throwing 9 into Command and Motivation is nice.
It allows you to spam "Fall Back!" and Ballad of Restoration, as well as Leader's Zeal, because AP doesn't return all of your energy.
I also replace Finish Him with PI whenever I'm going into areas with a lot of elementalists.
It also gives you a shield. I generally run with a zealous/crippling spear of fort with a +5e insc, and a shield with motivation +1(20%) and +30 HP. I also only use a major deadly arts.
