Default WotA PvE build

12+1+1 Dagger Mastery
12+1 Critical Strikes

Asuran Scan
Unsuspecting Strike
Wild Strike
Death Blossom
Way of the Assassin
Save Yourselves!
Critical Eye
Sunspear Rebirth Signet

I basically made this cause I was getting tired of Critical Agility getting stripped. Also cause I wanted something else than a Moebius sin. Although this still uses the same Lead, Off-hand and Dual Attack. I'm not to sure about the lead though, when a target is -90% Unsuspecting is not worth it, imo. But then again, I don't know off a better lead with a low recharge. Maybe Jagged Strike or Sneak Attack? Also, I've packed Sunspear Rebirth Signet but if you guys know something better for that, please tell me.

I only have problems with Critical Agility in areas where the enemies got enough enchant removal to strip the entire party (like those chilblains scarabs or soul-rending shrieking incubus). These areas are like 3% of the game though, my minions with death novas usually eat those Strip/Shatter Enchantments on those mobs that got like 1 or 2 enchant strips.

Your DPS will be lower with this because you'll be using Death Blossom every 4 seconds instead of every 2 seconds with Moebius Strike (or 1 per sec when you hit the 50% mark). Plus you Unsuspecting's bonus barely trigger in PvE, even with the first enemy its really probable you'll be hitting it below 90% because your H/H already casted some spells on it.

Not bad for NM but for Hard Mode I'd really recommend you to go with Critical Agility, Moebius Strike as your elite and use Golden Phoenix Strike. Unless you're pugging I'd replace Sunspear Rebirth Signet for "You move like a Dwarf!" for some nice utility.

Hmm, my crit agility is getting stripped alot. Maybe its because of the areas (which are mainly all areas in eotn) i currently play in. I know the dps isnt as good as it would with moebius, but i wanted a change. Guess this wont cut it either. Maybe a scythebuild orso? Or if anyone has any other suggestions, id like to hear them.

Instead of Unsuspecting Strike try Black Mantis Thrust or Golden Fox Strike. Both have recharge or 4 seconds. GFS can't be blocked if enchanted. Also since you are using asuran scan, when you use it first then BMT the target is now crippled which comes an handy in HM so they can't run away as fast when fleeing.

My scythe build goes as follows:
Scythe-12
Critical Strikes-14
Wounding Strike
Mystic Sweep
Critical Agility
Way of the Master
Critical Eye
Aura of Holy Might
Critical Defenses
[optional]

It can give great DPS, and survivability. At 85 armor (r7), 75% block, big energy almost every hit, 33% IAS, and massive damage.

At 14 Crit you can hit about 50% chance of a critical strike.
The damage is MASSIVE, as you gain +24% damage to each attack, +36 damage to mystic sweep if all enchantments are up, not to mention the high range of the scythe's base damage, and critical strikes, wich give over the top damage spikes.
So you end up with: high damage, large energy, high armor (85 at r7 sunspear) and 75% chance to block. Add a utility skill, and you can spike a lot in PvE with YMLaD or such.
But one flaw remains: You don't have an IMS (unless it's filled in slot 8), wich HM can be a pain without, and you have a lot of vulnerable enchantments. That is a good downfall, but a good build choice in areas without heavy ench loss.

The barrage build can be great for support+surviving, utility, ect.
Setup spirits, give good AoE, maybe add party support in there, and you have a good build. Nonetheless, you are ench vulnerable.

There's nothing wrong with your build at all, Golden fox strike is better lead imo. Basically anything with asura scan = win

Golden Fang Strike might be better than Wild Strike imo.

Your build is perfectly fine, although I'd like to second GFS/BMT instead of Unsuspecting. Scythebuilds are okay but of course you do lose out on SY!.

It strikes me as odd, though, that your Agility gets stripped so often... Orders and Aegis usually cover mine.

What exactly is the spell that is stripping you?

if its shatter/rip/strip enchantment then it just means you're the first enchanted person that the mobs encounter. This either means that you're leeroy'ing into the mob or that no one in your party has enchantments on them if you're not the one aggro-ing first. Just bring a MM with Death Nova or Jagged Bones/Putrid Bile

It gets stripped alot while I play through EotN. Charr Dominators for example, some necro's with Corrupt Enchantment and stuff like that. Don't really know if there's more enchant removal in EotN then it would be in either Proph, Factions or NF.

WotA isn't worth it. In PvE it's just a weaker version of Critical Agility that also wastes an Elite slot.
