A/Me Toxic chain spike
Right ive been experimenting with deadly arts with my sin and think ive found something quite nice that can cause a large amount of damage very quickly id like some input on this build
A/Me
Deadly Arts - 16
Inspiration magic -12
Equipment - a one handed weapon with poisonous and perfect enchanting with either a +5e or +15e/-1 incsription
an inpiration focus with serenity now inscription (this isnt neserary as it will only affect entangling asp)
armour requires a head piece with +4 deadly arts total with the rest of the armour with either survivor or radiant runes and insignias
Skills
1) Dancing daggers
2) Entangling asp
3) Arcane echo
4) Echo
5) Signet of toxic shock
6) optional
7) optional
8) Mantra of incriptions
Usage
maintain your mantra at all times then cast
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 3, 4, 3
That will cast 3 signets of toxic shock keep hitting them as they recharge every 7.5 secs (approx) if the poinsoning expires reapply it using 1, 2,
and keep spamming your 3 signets as much as possible until they expire not alot should survive long tbh
OPTIONALS
now in the optional slots ive been using Finish Him and Signet of Deadly corruption just for more finishing damage but i guess some self heals or shadow steps should do here or other inspiration magic spells this is where im a little stuck finishing the build off so would much like the comunitys input before i decide to put this up on pvx wiki

I like it. It seems to have a high damage output but (to me) has one major drawback; arcane echo and echo. Now I know that these 2 skills allow you to spam the signet but you have to wait 3+ sec to cast both of the skills. Seems to me that the build must "warm up" to achieve its max effectiveness.
A much faster way to stack dmg is with this:
A/X
Critical Strikes: 10+1+1
Dagger Mastery: 11
Shadow Arts: 10
Golden Phoenix Strike
Critical Strike
Moebis Strike
Twisting Fangs
Death Blossom
Way of Perfection
Critical Agility
Critical Defenses
Set up the enchants then go 1-2-3-4-3-5. Kills most by first 4-5 attack moves.
I really think your build has a good dps for assassins based off the Deadly Arts attrib.

Looks energy heavy with 2 10 energy skills and a 15 energy skill. The other concern would be the significant drop in DPS when your Echo's end, especially Arcane Echo with its 20 second recharge.
While you may be able to put up good damage at first, when the target dies you need poison on a target to cast Toxic Shock, Entangling Asp hasa 20 second recharge, so you will need to get a spammable poison skill on one of your heroes.
I have played a sincaster with Assassin's Promise as my elite. Heres the build:
Assassins Promise, Dancing Daggers, Entangling Asp, Signet Of Toxic Shock, "Finish Him!", Signet Of Deadly Corruption, Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support, Cover Hex/Res/Heal/Energy Skill.
Stay away from superior runes unless they are crucial, in this case, they are not.

tbh the 75 health loss from the rune is no big deal really and a team should be coordinated so 75 health wouldnt matter but the extra damage might it takes 7 seconds to set up all the sigs and as with most echo chain build damage reduces once they run out ive thought bout using deadly paradox to speed the recharge of entangling asp instead of the mantra but tht makes it v energy heavy as for the moment energy is only expended at the start of u thebuild ill lookk into wot skills cause poison neway but haven tested it yet im still stuck for wot to use as the 2 optional skills
the difference with this build over your dagger build above is tht all the damage except for dancing daggerrs ignores armour with is very prominant it HM resultiing in a damage of 1150 armour ignoring dmg wich i think for an assassin/caster is quite high mayb using a warrior/assassin/dervish/ranger hero or heros to spread the poison for you would work very well
also just had a slight brainwave but mayb using this in a discord team with the necros spreading poison around for you means u can also support them making overall dmg much higher too but tht was just quick brain wave before isleep lol

This is a terrible idea imo, you have ONE source of poison that has a long recharge, remove that and you have no damage whatsoever (aside from dancing daggers) also, wasting 4 seconds echo - echo - echo to get 3 toxic shocks is a waste, especially since this "spike" takes 4 seconds to complete, to only do ~315 damage. This is assuming 1. poison isn't removed. 2. arcane/echo aren't interrupted/stripped. Inflicting 315 armor-ignoring damage is fairly nice, but unless you're trying to KO a warrior using 2 superior runes, or the enemy team has no healer I don't see this being effective in the slightest.

i dont play pvp so teams and the like dont come into it however 315 damge then finishhim and signet od deadly corruption means in bout 6 seconds u get just over 500 damage

Thats like 80 dps. Just using a regular dagger build or critscythe will net you much more

yes i understand this im not a noob to assassin builds i know the meta critsycth and mobius sin and the like all have high dps but the dps is much lower in hard mode due to higher armour lvl of enemys and an enemy using enchantmets of blocking stances nerf melee builds almost outright this is just a fun alternative if i had some way of keeping my energy up ive had alot of fun echo chaining (yes i only recently aquired echo whilst working on skill title) dancing daggers it self (think assassin with a submachine gun lmao)
im still lookin for input on wot i could effectively use forthe 2 spare skills to mayb bring the DPS up higher in some way
if theres a faster way to spread poison then it would help alot

Looks to me bringing Arcane Echo and Echo are huge tradeoffs for high energy skills and elites just so you can have 20-30 seconds of happiness and go back to being useless. If anything, you shouldn't bring Arcane Echo, because it's usually used in places where it can kill everything (farming) in its short 20 seconds.
Also, this build looks like you would want to kill your target slowly rather than quickly. After you've finished bombing one target, what next? Wait for your 20-second poison skill to finally charge up? Almost every single skill in the Assassin line that causes poison is better than this. Viper's Defense spreads poison better whereas Falling Spider is much better for spamming. Use it with YMLaD! but I don't know how you would keep your energy up.
Also, any melee that is enchanted with SoO probably beats this in terms of DPS.
This build looks like it could go pretty well with AP.

If you like that sig so much, there are ways you can use it. By investing in dagger mastery, crit strikes, deadly arts, and minimal shadow arts you can make a nice build utalizing your sig of toxic shock.
1 viper's defense (poison)
2 palm strike(cripple)
3 twisting fangs( bleeding and deep wound)
4 death blossom (15 recharge on fangs... ouch)
5 sig of deadly corruption (hits for 4 conditions)
6 sig of toxic shock (hits for your poison)
optional
optional
For optional I suggest dancing daggers and enduring toxin, just cause I like them, enduring is a short -5 degen, I love it, just cause no one uses it. but most here would take pve skillz just cause its about dps I guess, but anyways you have your armor ignoring damage (palm strike and siggies) and degen, not recommened in normal mode, stuff dies too fast... sig of corruption has a 12 sec recharge you can use it on just cripple and poison, if you don't have all 4 conditions.

I'm afraid the following is very likely to happen:
Arcane Ech... ocrap f'kin D-Shot!
I also don't like that you have a ~4 second gap between entangling asp and first sots.
Aside from that its a decent idea.
