1) Don't run 2 superior runes. I wouldn't even run one on a frontliner.
2) Get max armor. It's first obtainable in Kaineng Center in Cantha.
3) Don't waste all your rune and insignia slots on energy. More energy is not the same as energy management. Ditch the Radiant insignia and throw in +armor insignia.
4) +1 Dagger/20% isn't a good mod. Get either +5AL or +30 health.
5) I'd replace Flashing Blades. As an Assassin, you should be pumping out damage. There are better elites for this job.

Critical Defenses and Flashing Blades overlap?
Play around with other elites and try out Golden Phoenix Strike. It's an offhand, but if you're enchanted you can use it straight away. It basically frees up a skill slot where the lead attack used to be.
However, because GPS has an 8 second recharge, you might have to consider Moebius Strike as your elite, so it recharges GPs even quicker.
I'm not even going to bothere with the armour set up... Marty has explained already.

*If you've got Luxon armor it should be 70AL.
*AL = armor level.
*You would have had enough money for this if you didn't waste it all on radiants. Anyway, +5AL is usually better than +30 health, and it's cheaper because people are stupid.

*It's a weapon mod that should replace the +1Dagger Mastery/20%.
*No rune gives +AL.
*If you're low on cash, you're better off replacing the radiant runes first. You can use a Perfect Salvage Kit to salvage the radiant runes off first to make a bit of money back. You could use an Expert Kit but that comes with a risk of breaking the armor (this may or may not be an issue depending on whether you still need to upgrade pieces to max AL).

*You can still buy Perfect Salvage Kits from other players. It's cheaper than having to recraft expensive armor pieces that broke from salvaging.
*Blessed is generally the most useful.

Insignia is Blessed.
PS: Use grammar. People don't appreciate it when you ask other them to spend time helping you when you can't even bother with basic grammar.

*+1 Dagger Mastery on the head piece.
*+1 Crit Strikes.
*+1 to Shadow/Deadly Arts if you use them.
*The best vigor you can afford.
*Last one doesn't particularly matter. Leave it as it is if you want.

*You should have read the rune descriptions before buying them. Vigor runes do not stack with each other. Buying a second one just wasted 2k, and buying a third will waste more. If you wanted more health you should have gone for a major.
*Go to PvXWiki for builds.

Just how useful is +5AL?
I know extra 40 armor = half damage, 5 seems like a tiny amount.
+30 health seems a LOT better to me. Especially if you compare with runes, +30 health is like a minor vigor. Where as if you're enchanted, +5 armor is like half of a blessed rune...

This is good in theory, but i found it really difficult to use.
If I have GPS, DB and MS equipped, then ideally the attack chain goes like this:
(enchanted) GPS -> DB -> MS
In theory great, if foe is above 50% health, I DB and MS again. If foe is below 50% health, everything is recharged so I can GPS again.
The problem is, what happens if an enemy dies after a GPS or a DB? I have to restart the chain at GPS, which has a 8sec recharge.
If I add a normal lead strike / off hand to my skill bar, so when that happens, i can still chain up to DB... then that means 5 attack skills on my bar. Which doesn't leave much room for other skills.
I found it only really useful for bosses, where I could actually spam DB->MB->DB->MB, etc.

If you have nightfall, you can get Critical Agility very quickly. I think if you follow the main storyline, after two quests and one mini-mission, you'd be Sunspear Rank 5 or 6. Then just buy Critical Agility from a hero skill trainer in the nightfall starting zone.
Also if you're using zealous weapon... try Unsuspecting Strike instead of Jagged Strike? It does a lot more damage, and bleeding is not always useful because stuff you hit should be dying rather quickly.
I use for energy management - a zealous weapon, critical agility (warrior skill Flurry works too), critical eye, 13 in critical strikes and no energy runes. Except at the very start of a battle (where CA, CE and shadow step use up 15 energy), i rarely find myself without enough energy to use unsuspecting strike.

This is the problem with everyone else. They see +30 and +5 and think +30 MUST be better. Consider this:
Assassin 1
Armor: 70AL base + 10AL Blessed Insignia + 23AL (Crit Agility @8SS) = 103AL total.
Health: 480 base + 50 Sup Vigor + 30 daggers = 560 total.
Assassin 2
Armor: 70AL base + 10AL Blessed Insignia + + 23AL (Crit Agility @8SS) 5AL daggers = 108AL total.
Health: 480 base + 50 Sup Vigor = 530 total.
For either Assassin to be killed, the amount of damage they take must surpass their max health. Bit of basic algebra here:
[Actualized Damage] = [Effective Damage] × [Defensive Adjustment]
Assassin 1: 560 = EffDam x 0.475
EffDam = 1178.95
Assassin 2: 530 = EffDam x 0.435
EffDam = 1218.39
Therefore under normal circumstances it would take more damage to kill an Assassin with +5AL than one with +30 health. Not to mention that +30AL is completely useless unless you actually dip below 30 health. If you don't then it might as well not have been there. Compare that to +5AL which will always be helping against non-armor ignoring damage.

Too lazy to quote.
Yaksha, I can see what you mean about how annoying GPS can be if you don't get to recharge GPS. I suggest then timing your first Moebious Strike until the creature is below 50%. You're not the only damage dealer and if you're dealing with teams that die easily it's not worth trying to spam your skills.
This is where the extra skill slot comes into play. Normally I bring "Finish Him!" for a quick kill outside of my DB/MS combo. I also run a Channeling Rit Hero with Weapon of Fury so I bring along "Save Yourselves" for epic Assagon defence . Plus I have no problems with energy.
Most areas I've been vanquishing lately have had blind or weakness or several conditions at that, so I've also been running Assassin's Remedy. It's a good cover enchantment for Critical Agility as well as removing conditions upon using attack skills.
I guess what I've done is shift the role of my assassin, I'm not that bothered when I have to wait 6/8 seconds for the next GPS/DB/MS chain because I need to keep autoattacking to maintain Save Yourselves. And because my party gets epic defense, I bring extra damage dealers and limited heal because they ultimately only have to worry about me (who runs around with 100 AL).
PvE is easy

I actually like Flashing Blades. For me it increases my DPS and increases survivability.
My 2 cents.
