Default Returning: I Have Been Given A Challenge. BDS

Hi Everyone,

It has been some time something in the range of 6-7 years since I have played GW even more on and off here and there.

My Father in law is a hardcore GW fan since I bought him the game way back then.

He has asked me or I should say challenged me to find a build/team for Shards of Orr.

He likes to kill and clear EVERYTHING. has done every achievement and if not all only has 1-2 I think left

He tells me stories of the countless hours and runs he has done trying to farm up this "Bone Dragon Staff"

I do not remember much of what he is talking about or even where the place is which is not a big issue finding the location and map of the area.

The part I think will be the issue is finding what can or if this place can be solo'd.

I was known for my solo farming/running when GW was first released which is why he challenged me to find a way.

Just looking for a bit of direction of what would be the best to run? Assasin? derv? etc

I'm not even sure if what he is asking is possible to run it with just 1 character.

more then likely id have to take heroes along which is fine.

I'm just looking for an idea of where I should start. I loved my Rit for farming back in the day..

and my perma-sin which i know has been nerfed or had been at the time.

my war for running droks and my derv after that.

any idea if it is even possible to farm alone even with heroes at a reasonable pace.

I know speed clears are out there but they required human players?

this is the only site i remember from back in the day that had any clue to what was going on in GW even just a direction of something i should be looking up would be greatly appreciated.

I think derv would be the best profession to do this fairly quickly. With regular vos bar and heart of holy flame (OgejkmrMbOm3v94V7i7ausXuLA) you can easily jump into groups causing massive holy damage and also sort of tanking when your heroes will be finishing them off. For hero bars I'd pick those from rovon's link, however switch preservation nrt to pod nrt (OAhjYgHaIPPV7glYcOMncSzLGA) because ench removal might be helpful against skele eles, also I'd consider taking inept (OQhkAoB8AGK0LAC4KQeGJQGARwFD) instead of fastcast roj. It's not the hardest dungeon, and it can be done with nearly every builds setup that includes panic, st, nrt and inept. Good luck!

This is the hero build I use with my rit for SoO. I precast my spirits and my ST's spirits, wait for the mob to ball up then go in with evas which seems to keep them balled, summon spirits then painful bond and the mobs just explode
