aight, just thought i'd drop you an FYI.

theres skinned horn, dragon horn, wooden horn (standard), mursaat horn and i believe 1 other that im missing...maybee no...gah, i hate when my memory fails me.

oh, also, gladius tends to sell over spatha.
ah, and summit warlords tend to be under aegis, defender and skeleton.
aegis tall and defender are about even in price, depending on the buyers preference over an str or tactics shield; and talls tend to sell better than aegis or defender when they have the 45/2 mod (no f-ing clue why).

What are the rarities of the different Horned Bows? What are the effects of the skins on pricing?

and HEY! I love my SPATHA! (Call me crazy, but I still think it is the coolest looking sword in the game lol)

Falchion/Scimitar/Tribal sells better than gladius and spatha. Summit Warlord shields belong above aegis defender and skeleton easily. People pay very, very well for summit warlord shields. They have a little character.

Oh, and Akhilleus: Talls sell better than Aegis because they are better looking shields. The Tall shield looks like it is made of metal, and the Aegis made of wood. The shape of the Tall is sexy, the shape of the Aegis is boring. the graphic on the front of the Tall is cool, the graphic on the front of the Aegis is boring. Lady Blue Steel likes Tall shields, Akhilleus like Aegises. Need I go on? I'm mostly just teasing you, Akhilleus, but I do think the real reason that Tall shields are so popular is their shape: every coat of arms you have ever seen is shaped like a Tall shield, right?

I can *honestly* say I agree with everything you just said LBS...

Warlords definatly over Aegis and the like. Alot more rare, and they have a unique look.

once again, i base my listings on whats bought/sold on a daily basis, and what is most commonly looked for, not what i prefer.
if that were the case it would be aegis>stone summit>warlord>shadow>skeleton>tall>maguuma>defend er>eternal, etc.
unfortunatly for summit warlord shields, they dont meld well with many armor types besides plate&fissure.
note that my order of shields changes on the sex of the character; for females tals jump a few places, since they dont look like they are holding onto a door, but on male wars they are just too small IMO.

IMHO, for axes, Sephis axes are now worth more than Chaos. Also, I'd rate Spiked Axe as more pricey than Cleavers, although only by a bare margin.

i disagree, if anything the price of sephis axes went down, compliments of razors (one of only 3 green items with a good skin; razorstone, malinons and tanzits); before sorrows furnace they were ever so slightly above chaos axes.

dwarvens, serpants, tribals and sickles are still in the lead on the axe front.
find an 8 15>50 max dmg dwarven serpant tribal or sickle, and you can retire your guild wars character and never have to farm or trade again.

Gladius's sell for more than Spathas???
Not from my experiences....of course, like anything, it all depends on the buyer...
Personally I will pay more for a spatha than a gladius, brute, falchion, scimitar and wingblade...about the same for a flamberge, but just below a longsword.
They just look better than the rest IMO.

Oh yeah, where do short swords rank??

spathas are one of the least desired sword skins. a gladius is "plain," as is a tribal blade, but most people consider spathas just plain ugly.

Heehee, I like Spathas. Wingblades are decent, but I agree Gladius/Short Shord is pretty shoddy, and only looks decent on a small female warrior. Same with Falch/Schim/Tribal IMO.

you seemed to have forgotten the +1 Attrib shield mod, like +1 protection prayers (20% chance). i would put this before the +45 hex.

Where do white Scythes fall in?

and I think you made an error with the Dragon Head Horned Bow. There are 4 if I am not mistaken and the Dragon Head sells for more than the Flesh. (LBS or Akhilleus will correct me if I am in error!) the plain horned bow probably belongs where you have the Dragon Head IMHO.

Thanks again for a great thread!

There is no "plain" that ive ever heard of. the "Plain" is aka the dragon headed, because that is the one the PvP characters get.. the mursaat is inbetween

I'm pretty sure there is a wooden one (the one that I called plain) and a wooden one with Dragon's Head... I don't think they are the same... Achilleus said the same earlier I believe. I'll see what I can find out...
