Ok so maybe I'm making a complete foul of myself with this topic, but ahead with it, I'm not ashamed of my sillyness

Ok so to the point. We all know Anet made some changes to the game because they did not agree with certain programming they did (aiming at the pre-searing exploid there). So those pre-searing gold weapons where stopped very quickly and then got removed as they were detected by Anet.

So my question is regarding the Hall of Heroes, and said chest. I once heard the rumor that there for a small moment of time (with the introducing of Nightfall) dropped inscripable weapons, including Canthan ones. I for once, heard that in that time (before Anet decided to fix this, and remove those drops) there was an inscripable Echovald Shield drop, and perhabs others with it. Now I could not imagine this being true, but I could not have this thought unanswered.

So is there a case of which this could have happened. Do you think they got removed by Anet if there was the possibility?

Possible, But for Pre Gold weps there are fairly many still around, i know of dozens such as Icy dragon sword with 25% vs charr mod.

For Canthan inscriables, ive never seen any but heard rumours about inscriable gothic shield and such.

I heard rumors of inscriptable Bo-Staff. Still I doubt it to exist until I have seen one... :/

I doubt Anet would deliberately remove a drop from Zaishen Chest so the only place I'd expect one of those to have dropped is during the EotN Preview weekend - drops were really awkward then, especially from normal chests, and everyone should remember purple insc crystallines. The droptables were dramatically reworked for release.
Very little is known about what really could have dropped then but many oddball insc drops that have no current known source likely comes from then.

More on topic, I haven't seen any single one canthan exclusive weapon in insc version as I would surely as hell remember (and screenshot) that.

Not sure about HoH. But Z Chest (pre z title) definatly dropped r7 MAX tyrian weapons and some canthan weapons on very rare occasions. I have a screenshot of a r7 max inscrib shield, r7 max inscrib tyrian hand axe and inscribable AMBER aegis. Which I was told all dropped from Z Chest.. I have pics somewhere.. will upload if I ever manage to find them.

Yeah well the 25 vs charr mods are really oldschool, but they aren't really ultra rare or anything. As posted above it is possible for inscrib goth.. but I've never seen or heard of one.

That makes it unique
