Inscribable Purple Crystallines & Other
Remember when EotN was first released?
During the early stages (beta and pre release only I think) tyrian only items dropped in inscribable forms in NM and from locked chests. This included items such as Inscribable Purple Crystalline swords. I was wondering how many people still have this shit laying around? I'd love a screenshot of a r8 crys if possible, so far I've only seen r10-12 |

Meh tbh i think they got removed shortly after Eotn release, cant rly figure other, as there was few around in eotn release but they all dissapeared.
Wonder if teh Purple insc chaos axe is still in game? Atleast was lil ago :P

I remember i bought an Insc Q9 purple, i thought wtf and sold it promptly thinking it was a hacked weapon xD Bought for 80, sold 160, so not to bad i guess xD Apparently they used to drop in NF beta too, or early NF release, although non of the people who've said this have evidence to prove it. Also heard rumours of Crystallines dropping in white in the VERY early days, and also that they still drop from Shiverpeak Chests in the areas with the Mursatt AND the Stone Summit. Again all rumours, but ya never know i guess xD

The EotN preview event had significantly different droptables used than after release. The locked chests were reported to drop lots of nonmax items, and I personally saw skins like Platinum Staff/Wand and (Greater) Guardian Spear drop left and right from mobs and chests, after release other much more common trash drops instead. Droprates were surely changed for release.
What struck me the most during the event was how common were Platinum Staffs and Wands from the locked chests. I'm not even sure if they drop from them now or if the rates are just dramatically lowered for them, only they're just very common as endchest drops from all dungeons. But all that is nothing compared to my best drop I got during that event - a req.7 tac 15al Enameled Shield (blue), which I've kept and used till recent days but sold for 500e. I haven't seen another one, only a bunch of r8/16s, and heard this skin can't drop as req7/15 anymore. I wouldn't be so sure, but it's a hypothesis that needs more research/info to confirm. It's an old screenshot of one that got sold on guru quite a long time ago, but I really don't think any of them got removed. Why would they? They just stopped being a possible drop and existing ones are just extreme rare, there may be only like 2-4 of them and none has been put for sale anywhere for a very long time. Rotting on an unused account =/= removed.
