i dont know why you would tell someone the right price or pay for the right price to begin with, thats not how powertrading works.... scamming is when both players know the value of the item, and one decides to attempt at dogging them - like offering 10g instead of 10 plat, and getting a good deal is when the other player doesnt know the value while the buyer does.

getting a good deal is one thing, scamming is on a complete different level and has nothing to do with "getting a good deal"

i like to take advantage of buying at the lowest possible price, its practical and smart.

why would you want to pay for an item with the intent of reselling at the exact or slightly more or less price?

exactly what he said. i low ball and get as much as i can in a trade. I'd never do the "thats worth XK, but ill give you X-5k for it" thing. But if someone doesnt know the prices they are at fault. Once bought a kuuna for 10k+1e+1obby+1tourn token. and another time bought one for 99k. the first guy i offered that to him and he said yeah (no scam). other guy was selling kuuna for price so i jumped on it. i see nothing wrong with taken advantage of someone that is not informed.

This was you? Please stop lol. Sometimes when I'm trying to unload things for real cheap deals, I get pm's from people saying "Dude that's worth double, don't sell so cheap!" And I'm like "Ok, well then buy it from me," and they're like "No I'm just telling you" and then I'm like "Ok leave me alone." LOL

To answer the question: No. But if the seller is misinformed on his items or doesn't do his reasearch I won't prompt him to. Also, in-game items are only as valuable as what someone else will pay for them in-game. Values are assigned by other players. There are no NPC's that buy or sell minis, and the NPC's that do buy gold weapons/shields will give you 200-500g for items that are priced 100k+ by the player market. In the end, it's all about perception.

I don't tell them more than they ask. Also I never accept trade first so if they accept the trade they must have thought it through....to some extent.

Like today:

Traded 100k for 100ectos.....

1) Spamming..14e = 100k
2)Guy pms me and opens trade
3) I put 100k he puts 100e
4) I wait...he accepts trade....I wait some more..then press ok
5) Trade got cancelled since he must have had some gold on him.
6) Open trade again...he offered 100e again for my 100k..and accepted first
7) I accept...and wait for him to say something..I open trade and offer 100k again..he declines.

its pixels its a game, If I see someone with "WTS unded Kuuna 50K" Ill jump on it. I see nothing wrong with taking advantage of someones sell/low price. thats what they want, thats what they'll get. However if someone asks me for a PC I will not hesitate to tell them the value of their pixels either.
