Default Explorable EL Tonics

What do ya'll think the impact (if any) of all the new el tonics will have on the price of those that can already be used in explorable areas...ie...Transmorfic and Yuletide?

I'm expecting a slow decrease in their price that will be quite drastic overall after a few months.

Lots of people only get Yuletide and Transmogrifier for the sole purpose that it's not bound to outposts. With the influx of a considerable number of more attractive tonics, demand will begin to dwindle, especially with people selling off the new El tonics for under 100e.

indeed the once craved yuletide and transmogrifier tonics will actually start dropping to the old tonics estimates...due to the new 6th year tonics becasue the reason those toncis were sought was to go outside adn fight with them....hoorah

I really don't know but...for me personnaly I'd much rather play as Kunna or a Destroyer throughout the game...than a tonic based on a player skillbar comp.

Think about 8 Kuunas flying through tearing down shop.....epic imo

I think Henchmen tonics wont change at all or they will go even higher. Those tonics are one off items in the game and you can compare them to the ultra rare Asian Minis in that sence.

So, the global prices for EL Tonics (from monthly to most rarer ones) is expected to drop?

I tought first that the limited amount of new EL 6th year tonics around (how much is the % of 6year accounts still active?) wouldn't change prices so much, but i'm not sure now....seems that i'll have to sell my EL tonics taken for powertrading fast....

EDIT: yes, is enough take a look at kama trade channel. Non-6th year EL tonics are dropping fast (apart super-rare ones like reindeer/henc).

Any item which has it's rarity slashed will plummet.

But these specific items are just as rare, its their niche which is being diluted.

The new tonics will cause the el yuletide and transmogrifier to drop in price a bit but they will still be 100e+ due to rarity.

Since anet decided to bring these tonics out I suspect new minipets down the road soon with WoC, possibly clones of the asian minis and even more tonics. EL apsect of kanaxai/twisted bark anyone?

ye, that would be a perfect drop for the endchests in deep/urgoz without touching the current owners of the pets with instead implenting the tonics there(rare droprate please)
And maybe the pets!(superrare droprate)

And those tonics aren't something to be proud of since most of the winners just copy pasted their builds from other sources

Another reason not to be proud of them is they look terribad. Only reason they are expensive is due to rarity.
