req8 5Energy Crystalline should be impossible. (meaning "is impossible")

+5 Energy for HoH Drops was made possible with Nightfall Release. Minimum requirement for HoH Drops was changed from 8 to 9 with Nightfall Release. Best possible +5Energy Crystalline therefore is req9.

This is also why Crystallines, Dwarven, Serpents, etc. are that extremly rare with +5 Energy. I think in December 2006 the inscription system was introduced for HoH drops. So there's only a time frame from September to December 2006 when +5 Energy inherents could drop from HoH.
