how long do high end item sell threads run for?

is there a set rule? or does the seller take bids until he feels he can't get any more for the item?

if i dont want to set a B\O is that ok?
what do ppl usually do?

and final question, is it common to have a hidden reserve on items? or do ppl always post the reserve price?

They run for as long as you want. Or until people get bored and retract their offer. There is no set time.

There are only the rules that the seller decides upon. You can set whatever rules you want. Keep in mind that they have to be reasonable though.

You don't have to set a b/o if you don't want to.

You can hide your reserve if you wish. Sometimes there isn't a reserve to hide.

One thing though ... Whatever rules you choose (they can be different for each thread), stick to your own rules. And read up on the Ventaris section rules closely. They will ban you if you don't stick to their rules (bumping etc)
