So here are my two best drops from today's Reed Bod chests. aka my first 2 drops :/ ... everything else was crap pretty much

that 15al rating would been pretty sweet

For me aprox 3-5golds from 40 chests, The rate for em is really low in 300g chests uknow?

3-5golds from 40 chest
1-2 Max dmg/armor/energy from 40 chest
x max dmg/armor/energy + Gold From xxx chest?

best Q6 (total of 4 q6s) q6 9-17 eath wand +5^enchant (gold)
Best Q7 (total of 3 q7s) q7 6-24 hand axe 20%dmg^hexed (gold)
Best Q8 (total of 4 q8s) 17-31 war hammer 15%%stance 10/10 furious (gold)
Best Q9 (total of 7 q9s) +12 energy Flame artifact 10al^below 50% (gold)

5 q10s+

opened another 12+ chest (merched non gold drops :O) <<<GOLDS>>> q7 10-18 cane 10%HSR, q10 Trucheon

will run more later. also looking for partner(s) 1 person to farm trolls while me/team runs chest. (doing this to maximize farming of Reed Bog)

I got a r8 inspiration +12 energy jeweled chalice (gold) off a peacekeeper just before the courier nerf. Useless single mod +42hp enchanted

.It was in NM.

2nd one in nearly 5 years, the other being a r8 15 -5 plagueborn maul drop from Tahnnakai Temple, before NF came out i think.

Ah After ~200 chests run in Reed Bog Finally got my first max r8!

its purple and offhand but still!

Also had sum r6 14ar Gold crude shields and so on :P

We have done some cr with undead living in the past days and yesterday we got two max req8s, mine dropped in Pongmei Valley NM and other dropped in Tahhnakai Temple. Sadly both were purple but heres a screenie of mine, undead will post his later I think

Ah Ghostkairi nagas in starter island Cantha, ive seen few max r8 gold Weapons drops there, one mate of mine got r8 +5e gemstone axe from there like almost year ago even

I got these nice daggers in Nahpui Quarter (normal mode) last year

But after that drop I had no luck in getting any max q8's and now I hardly play anymore.

Are you both absolutely sure those have really dropped last year and not before Nightfall release? Because the only weapons that are known to drop max req.8 after the nerf are Foci, Shields and Swords and there weren't even 1 single confirmed max req.8 drop of anything else, not even as a white/blue!!

I'm not saying impossible, but I think it probably is, otherwise we would have seen at least one in over 3.5 years time. But it might be possible that they can drop but are as rare as max req.7 axe before nerf, and with much less people killing lower level stuff none have been found.

A bit of info for everyone - if a weapon class can drop with a certain Base Stat AND Requirement as a white or blue it means it CAN also drop as a purple or gold with the exact same combination as well. It just may have to be a different drop source (lower level), for the purple/gold one. So SCREENSHOT your max or near max low req WHITES while still assigned as drops.

A white 6-28 req.8 axe dropping now is a proof that a gold one can also still drop! Just screenshot when still assigned.

Well, unfortunately I don't have a screenshot of them dropping.
I had another pair of Aureate Daggers non max (7-16 / 5nrg). I'm sure that one of these two pairs dropped last year, the other one about 4 years ago. Maybe I mixed it up

Hey guys i read this post and i thought i'd give reed bog ago (also went into the Falls.)
After 1 run i'd got 3 gold r8's but nothing special ( i dont think anyway). But i am abit confused on what to be looking for. I've looked on licensedlundy's post and im still not 100% sure.
Is it possible someone could post here what max i should be looking for on R8 & R7 wand, staff, sword and hammer. So hopefully i can help and post my findings here.
