surprised raven isnt on the list, its definitely in the top 3 rarity, probably one of the nicest skins in the game that people dont pay much attention to.

personally from chest running cantha tho

platinum>dragon>bo

the other staves are farmable from specific chests which makes them worth absolute jack shit.

It's a guide of canthan staves. Raven are tyrian. That's why it's not on the list for sure. Back when people used to farm trolls outside droks, Raven's used to be the pure crap bottom of the barrel drop though - I used to merch so many of them. Maybe in 2k14 they are rarer, but still.

Plat, Dragon, Bo are being heavily botted currently - It's some quest from WoC near the end of the series. That's all I know. Most of the new 20/20 Plat, Bo, Dragon staves that have been posted for sale in the past month were obtained this way.

I have a question regarding Canthan Staves. What happened to their prices ?
I recently saw a req10 Death Bo Staff 20/20 not even getting 100e in Kamadan.
Are Staves or, more generally, Caster items so undesired ?
Or can you nowadays only sell specific attributes like Dom, Fire, Prot ?

What about 10/10 prenerf staves ? Do they still get a good price ?

Prenerfs sell for good prices still.. Bo etc staffs are heavily botted and became more common so ppl dont like em anymore..

Rare wands/offhands sell for good prices still. and gone up probably even

I do not think they are heavily botted, there aren't that many on the market. Imo, they have less interest since there's no collector interested in them.

As for Canthan staves in general, prices are higher than last time you were active

About prenerf, there are a few more collectors who seek for the perfect 10/10, 20/10.
I've sold recently some for fair price..

(common skin q8 10/10 for ~666e)

Wow, that is some nice price. 2-3 years ago those would have maybe got 60-80e.

I think it's a combination of both. I do think bo staves are being pretty heavily botted. A month or so ago there were like 5 new 20/20s on the market at the same time.

There aren't that many collectors for Bos because collectors have known all along that it is an overpriced skin compared with how easy it is to farm. That is just my opinion. That is why I was never into Bos. Along with the fact that they look boring.

Pretty much, people buy with their eyes, Bo is probably the most dull staff this game has seen besides the core skins.

We are also forgetting the market has gotten much smaller, less hype and less interest overall which is making a lot of staff skins drop/stabilize a little lower despite how rare some are.

In my years of collecting, I've seen far fewer platinum anything worth buying whether it be staff or wand so when I do and they're desirable, I don't mess around.

With all of the stuff I have that I considered amazing, Platinum is the most rare in my collection with 3 staves and one wand after years and years of collecting.

I'm bumping this to the top for an important reason.

I feel like over this past 3 months and especially the past month, that my OP no longer reflects the current state of guild wars. So I will be updating my OP in the next couple of days to more accurately reflect what I think is the case. Some of the OP will remain unchanged, and some will be dramatically changed.

As many of you know, there are people bottling for dragon/platinum/bo staves. And given the amount of sell threads and PC threads on 20/20's in recent day, I think the bots have made a big enough impact for me to change my OP hierarchy and some of the details.

Many of you know I spent a year-ish trying to buy any single 20/20 dragon staff a couple years ago with 0 luck because basically none were around because I complained about it daily <3. In the past month or so, I can name at least 5 and maybe more 20/20 dragon staves alone that have popped up - and I'm not even that active at this moment in time. Fishy? Definitely in my opinion.

So, Expect me to not speak as highly of those 3 skins after I update the OP. I'll leave the original OP in a spoiler text so people can see the changes if you want. Changes will probably come over the weekend. And after the changes I'll bump again.

I dont agree zodiac being more valiable then bo. There been last months plentu q9 20/20 zodoacs for sale like fire prot heal going 300-400e with Trouble. Those attris bo in other hand go for alot more
