There are no req 8 11-22 Dragon staves. They never did drop. There was a claim but it was proved a lie.

Although it could have been possible since Factions was released
on 28th of April 2006 and staff nerf occured at 25 October 2006, so it was a full 6 months period when they could have possibly dropped.
Hmm, altho there should have been at least one in the market in that occasion,even a "bad" -20% poison single modded one.

There is! Lol i just saw one few weeks ago in kamadan. There is prenerfed r8 11-22 Dragon staffs... .

The one i saw in kama was Single mod r8 fire 10hsr without hct inherent..

Also now lil ago there was that r8 10/10 df one on guru, and it wasnt fake either on what u did bid even

25 OCT 2006, the denravi bow (+10 armor) was nerfed...
was it only removed from crafter or were patched all of those yet existing ones?

2)
are there any known q7 +5energy jade axes? :-)

the denravi bow (+10 armor) was removed from the crafter somewhere mid 2005, hard to say exactly when. Item nerfs in the earliest months were mostly undocumented updates. The last update when it might have been removed is the 07 SEPT 2005 update which is when the HoD Sword was removed, but it's very likely it was a much earlier update (HoD axe was definately removed earlier).

The 25 OCT 2006 update did change the existing bows this way:

(I've written 26th Oct there because here in Europe it was already 26th when this update went live).
I still have the bow after the change (may be the last one in existance).

I'm not sure if there are ANY Canthan q7 axes, chances for a +5energy jade axe are so extremelly small that we can safely say it doesn't exist.

I've never seen or heard of a req7 purple or gold magmas/eternal shield - not even concerning stats (though in May or June last year some friend of mine was talking about a req7 -5/20 single mod Magmas Shield that he had been offered.... he wasn't shown it though). I'd say chances for one of those to exist are equally zero.

I'm almost certain I've seen a Q7 max gold -2/-2 Eternal on Guru High End multiple times, last time was a year or a year and a half ago I believe. I haven't seen a purple or gold Q7 max Magmas though.

Ive never seen or heard of r7 eternal shield. But i do remember seeing max gold r7 signle mod magmas, cant remember who has it tho..

For r7 +5e Jade axe, No, it wont excist, dont think any canthan r7 axes exist with higher dmg then 6-27

I really dont get this. And everyone says it. We have Req7 Canthan Swords/Shields and what not, but none of the others? (can understand no q7 bows) I just think there not on the market because the silent majority may of aquired them. Its pretty stupid if only certain things drop in req7. Thats like a developer saying yeah, its possible for q11 war hammer to drop only at that or above, but q8 long sword is totally possible.

Yes, indeed, and q8 Swords, shields and Foci still drop in max stats, but all the other weapons got nerfed, why? It beats the hell out of me..

Anet still insists that every weapon can still drop in q8 max, but that's a load of bullcrap and we know it..

For some things thats complete mystery, but yawgmoth sometime said anet just changed code from 7->8 and 8->9

r7 bows newer existed. but r8 did. So old r8 = r9 now, Due that possibly r8 bows wouldnt drop anymore..

Daggers same as above as far as i know

Staff & wands did drop r7, but damn rarely, just few of both excisted as far as i know, Possibly was just for really short period of time and got changed after wards to drop r8? Then got from r8->r9

hammers & axes, r7 did drop. real rare tho, Not many excisting. still handful tho. if it was changed from 7->8, idk why r8 wouldnt drop?

Swords, Shields, offhands. All used drop r7, all still drop r8

I'll clarify some things.

First, Anet didn't specifically made certain weapons to drop at low reqs and others not by design. I strongly believe that the devs who originally coded the core weapon stat generation formulas back in 2004 weren't aware that the system will be able to produce weapons with maximum base stats and a requirement of 1 less than the pre-set minimum for a max item_level.

After release there was only ONE update relevant to item requirements, it was the 27 Oct 2006 update, and all it did was a change of the preset minimum possible requirements on a MAX ITEM_LEVEL weapon from 8 to 9.
That's all.
The possible stats of weapons at lower levels are generated by INTERPOLATION between the pre-set min and max values.

There was NO direct change from 7 to 8. The observed change is a RESULT of that interpolation and it differs for different weapon types because they have different level ranges at which they can drop max stats.

Before the "req-nerf" update the 3 weapon classes: Offhands, Shields and Swords used to drop with max stats and a req. 7 and that happened pretty often, the window of opportunity (the level range at which they can drop max stats) for them was pretty big so it remained open after the req-nerf.

There were other weapon types which happened to drop with max stats and req.7 - Axes, Hammers, Staffs, Wands, (I also have a screenshot of gold max req.7 daggers but can't verify if so assuming it's fake) but all those had an EXTREMELLY SMALL chance to be generated, an ultra thin window of opportunity. Because of how interpolation works the window of opportunity for them got easily closed, it didn't get even more narrow but just got closed completely upon the change of the 8 into 9 at the top level.

If it's hard to understand I'll try to make a graphical explanation.

But then, why didn't they want q7 or q8's to exist in the first place? As long as they kept that window of opportunity as small and narrow as possible, it could still occasionally generate some pretty cool stuff, and it would make the game a little bit more interesting..
