Guess I got a little lucky as well from canthan chests... at least was decent dualmod - no 20/20 or 20/10 ofc... but dualmod - and the skin... :P

Did a few chest runs in my free time last night and got this beauty,
 I have somehow managed to amass a collection of +30 -3h shields, so when I had this drop I was pretty darn happy

As some of you know, the last celestial staff 20/20 I need for my monk set is a divine/divine.
I went chest running and dropped this.  WHY ANET??!?!?!?! WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO ME?!?!?!?!?!!??! D: *cries in corner* I guess I'll keep it til I get a 20... But really, anet. Why . This is just cruel.
