The question is do they still drop in gold, like since NF's release? If you have inscribable stuff, that's a pretty strong argument for what can still drop in gold in the current system (although assigned gold loot on the ground seems to me an even stronger argument.) But seeing inherent gold items in the trade window doesn't really answer the question asked here.

(Just a few days ago, Fred showed me a gold r0 staff in trade. It's not news that such things could drop once and can still exist in game. We're wondering what the game can still produce.)

Pics I took in the past couple weeks or so. Most of them, I got shots on the ground still "Assigned to ..." I was running some of my alt accounts through campaigns, so a few of the pictures I did not take until I noticed them in inventory after the mission, sorry. I am 100% certain they came from the mission and date I listed, though.

It's stuff that beats records in the OP. I didn't check if there are recent replies with better records, but I'll catch such next time I update OP (which I've been putting off because it will require learning to use table tags and several hours of work reformatting the list.)

Can't add picture right now but found a gold bone staff q6 10-18 damage with 17/19%. Up in price check forum is the picture of it.

Thanks for letting us know. But looking at the picture in your PC thread (gold-text 17/9/10-18 r6 staff with inherent 19HCT,) that's no where near the min stats we've found on a purple r6 staff and it's not quite as high as either of the max stats we've found on purple r6 staffs. So I don't think you need to bother including a picture for us here for a record in the OP. You're welcome to if you want to reserve a place on any gold gallery ... but no one has ever stepped up to compile the gallery of golds mentioned originally yet. (I'm not volunteering for that part!) Thanks for looking out, though!

While it sounds like it's possible after all for white/blue staffs to have same stats as purple/gold staffs, I think it's still interesting to track the difference given how rare (or even unheard of) it is to find white/blue with over 17% HSR. It's pretty normal to see the same base stats on both white and blue staffs, and while it's not quite as frequent it there are lots of examples of purple and gold staffs having the same base stats, too.

On a different subject, here's this axe. r3 5-11 damage

I just bought it (due to the mod, not the axe) from Mobiwan in game. He tells me he got it as a drop yesterday when he was farming outside Piken Square for other curiosities. He gave me permission to post it here and use his name. Thanks again for that!

Just to fill in a gap here's a gold r7 axe. Probably dropped recently, but certainly within the last 19 months.

I quit playing before NF was released and only returned to the game a little over a year ago. All four of the low req items I have dropped for me since I returned. Two of them are from leveling on shing jea island (a r4 sunqua blade and r7 death staff) and are not inscribed. The other 2 (a r7 smiting staff and a r4 death focus) are from NF areas (cant remember where) but ARE inscribed.

It dropped for me about 3 minutes ago in Pongmei Valley HM whilst chestrunning.

looks like you don't have a r1 bow at all, so I threw one on here=]

r6 plagueborn maul is a recent gold drop, shouldn't be even a month old yet.

spear is jsut conformation=]

looks like jewled is nothing new, but i already added it to the pic before i saw that=p

plagueborn gold is lower HSR then the current lowest.

scythe is for your min, but I doubt seriously that is is the lowest it can go.

Not having much to do in game anymore, decided to alternate between level 11 bog skales and ettins to see if a gold will drop, and got some drops with slightly lower minimums than on the first page. Granted, I read you were having problems updating the page, so these may not replace any other items that have been posted previously.

I've been holding on to this for a while. I got it when vanquishing Panjiang Peninsula about a year ago. I remembered seeing this thread before that so I had been saving it until I noticed it again.

A couple more drops with lower minimums than the front page has listed. Also saw no statistics for a gold req 5 staff so added one of those that dropped as well, just as a point of comparison.

Edit: One more with energy less than the minimum listed

Longbow from around 2009 again from Ascalon, but off a mob.
Both dropped without extra mods.

Just got a r0 Tribal Axe with 5-10 dmg

My sincere thanks to everyone who keeps watching their drops and posting new records for a groovy list here!

Due to unavoidable other demands on my time recently, now, and likely into at least the near future, I seriously doubt I'll get around to updating the OP with either the new records or the great (imo) idea Red Fireball proposed earlier on this thread about formatting the OP into more of a table instead of a list or with all the new records. I'd gotten as far as figuring that it would have to be more like a list of tables, since having a single table with a row for every req. level and a column for every item type would be too wide and almost certainly require horizontal scrolling on some folks' displays. But breaking it up into three or four tables would cut down on a lot of the necessary vertical scrolling! The odds of me actually getting that done any time soon seem low lately, and it's such a shame if folks lose interest in this project simply because no one is keeping the OP updated.

So if anyone out there (perhaps Red Fireball?) is currently willing and able to take on the role of OP steward for this thread, please feel free to step/speak up! I left some probably now semi-outdated editting tips for how I did OP updates. There should be a link near the end of the OP to those notes. You don't need to be a mod or have edit powers on my posts to take this over. If you can compile an updated list, post it as a reply and ask a Ventari's mod or Guru admin to merge your post with the OP (that's how I got the OP of this thread in the first place.) I give my permission and blessing in advance!

I think it looks nice. It's easily readable and will reduce the need to scroll up and down to double check information. My hat off to you for taking the time to do it.
