Just doing one of those Hearts of the North quests where you play as Keiran (in NM,) and I got an r7 14-20 dmg sword from a Maguuma Chest.

i got a req6 +11 Idol (blood magic) It dropped today from a group of Outcast =) Could this be proof that Req7 +12 still have a chance to drop?

r6/11 foci are a fairly common drop (comparable to r8/12s, just from lower level sources). And it proves nothing about any higher or lower req items, just like a no req 6energy one doesn't necessarily mean a req.1 can drop with +7ene.
Look, there are just 7 possible base +energy values for focus items and whole 10 steps from req.0 to req.9 for them to be distributed through. It means that in the whole array there have to be 3 steps where a req higher by 1 will still have the same maximum possible +energy value.

Had this drop yesterday... I believe it was in Battledepths. I know it was while running to/from or completing A Gate to Far or Heart of the Shiverpeaks.

That's a higher damage output than what you currently have listed for a q5.

I asked on NCSOFT support, if q7 is nerfed and if q8 still drops on all weapon types and they said, q7 is totally nerfed and q8 still drops on ALL weapons insc and noninsc.

I noticed you dont have a req7 bow pre-NF. This bow I have is pre NF and im guessing the highest for a req7 since its one off max and I never heard of a max req7 bow.
