This is my Ranger's primary weapon. It dropped a few weeks after Factions was released, during the Nahpui Quarter mission. So the first post should be updated the say that Req 8 Bows can have a max damage of 28.

This has been my primary weapon since the day it dropped.

the front page already states that pre NF bows can have 15-28 max, I have 2 myself, post NF we have no confirmation they still drop

this weekend while skill capping on Sunjiang District, cant remember where and which creature dropped it, but I think it was from the monk boss mob or the mob that comes near him from SW (not sure if its sw but its path its on the water).

Purple staves can have the max 20/10/11-22 base stats, however it's pretty rare for them to drop that way. I estimate the chance for a Purple staff dropping from level24+ source to have between 1:100 and 1:200 chance to have all the 3 base stats max'ed. The minimum req. for such a max purple staff is 9.

For those who care about it a screenshot showing those also drop in the inherent lands (this one from UW free chest):

Now Blue and White staves are a different case - they have a hard cap of 17% HSR so you can never get a better one than 17/10/11-22 - this is the "perfect" one and the chance for it (from a lvl24+ source) is around 1:10 or slightly higher.

Thanks to fallenangel and Yawgmoth for the pics of max purple staffs, and thanks again to Yawgmoth for the info on the 17HSR cap on whites and blues!

It's not a new record for r8 staffs here, but I got this white r8 staff earlier after I'd read Yawg's post above. I thought I'd post the picture to share. It has max 10 en and 11-21 damage (the max we've found for r8 so far,) but it is only 17 HSR.

ok, here some screens of items from my old screenshot folders and old salethreads of items, but all dropped post nf (started in pre about 1 year ago, all were drops since then, except from that first sword ofc).
Also saw a 6-14 q2 Axe, but don´t have a screen, sry.
some of the staves I posted are just higher than current one in one stat, just for the theory, if generated seperately or combined - I think seperately.

i had a req7 14-20 forked sword drop earlier from a bog scale in scoundrels rise while getting skulls for nic, its purple and only mod on it is armor+5
