While I do my own research independantly, I don't need to screenshot items, I just put down the stats, making screenshots only in rare cases when an item exceeds my expectations, or just impresses me in some way, but just happened to come by a scythe you don't have here:

I'm 100% sure there's NO difference, there's just ONE item generation algorithm in GW, it just uses different parameters when generating specific parts of an item (for example different parameters determine if it should generate inherent mods or inscription, or which set of possible mods to select from). Item's base stats and requirements are dependant only on one parameter - the item's level.

If the item has no attribute (no req) or it's a staff coming from before the update (no matter the req), the mods that read an attribute from it will display as "item's attribute" instead, those mods do nothing - they're just blanks on that item.

Ok, first, I've got a picture of an r8 insc. bow 14-26 until we get the 14-27 picture. This dropped last night in NM DoA.

EDIT - Oops, had the insc. one already! And I merched the inherent one I got thinking it was that one we had an example pic of already.

Thanks for the pics! I agree, it's marvelously weird! I'm not sure it really belongs in the main list, though, as that's not proof that, say, a gold one could drop.

No, I don't expect a difference. Yawgmoth is sure there's no difference, and I certainly believe he's got the experience to back up his certainty. I simply figured why not keep the list with room for inherent and inscribable reports - in the end, we'll have pictures to prove there's no difference!

But without it ID'ed, I can't tell if that's an inherent or inscribable "Tower Shield"

Raven Wing left us a nice pic of inherent source r0 8ar shield later on, so no worries this time. But in the future, please ID them for the screenshots? Or just remember to tell us where it dropped when you post it?

"Not labeled correctly" ... what do you mean? I've got your r0 hammer listed as an "inscribable source" r0 - was it from inherent source areas?

And yeah, it is ... but not as big a pita as reading through the thread each time I found something I thought might be a new record. That's what finally drove me to compile an up-to-date list. And you're welcome!

FWIW, I hope anyone feels free to double-check the OP and let me know if they see any problems (broken links, missed reports, mis-listings, typos, etc.) I'm nowhere near so good at this that I'd never make a mistake. I do try to spot errors, but the way that OP gets updated I'm sure it would be easy to miss some.

Ok, next I'll work on rolling all the recent reports into the OP.

Im making trips to certain places where I believe there can be good drops to fill out the lower positions in the lists. Then if there is a promising drop i check the list and then drag u map down so it shows in the screenie besides the drop on ground. For most of them it doesnt matter if they are ID or not.Or would you like me to change that?
BTW I guess some trips in snowman dungeon nm would yield more stuff to put in

If you're up for staging such shots, please feel free! As long as you tell/show us where it dropped, we'll know if it's from inscribable or inherent source areas. So you needn't take a second shot after IDing.

I don't suspect anyone is intentionally faking these reports, but I do know how easy it can be to misremember a number or make a typo, etc. That's why, ideally, I'd like to get example pictures of the item tags for every record. If we get claims of something without a picture, I list the best record by claim and the best record by picture until we get a picture to match both.

I'm not likely to stand firm on "screenshot or it didn't happen," unless someone is claiming something really extrodinary ... like max r7 dropping today, or an r2 12 ar shield.

I've got reports listed in the OP as "claims" or "pics" just to help folks with quick-reference see if they need to bother taking a pic and uploading it here when they get a high stat for low req drop.

Got this today farmin Sensali in Jaya Bluffs, saw on first post "claim of r4 5-9 daggers". Can be marked as proven?

I cleared Deldrimor Bowl and got a few low wnd items, and then got some more while farming coins for Nicky. So these 5 items are inherent sources.

Ok, a couple drops from last night.

The staff dropped in NM Iron Mines of Moladune; the daggers in HM Rhea's Crater.

The daggers are r8 7-15 until we get the 7-16 picture.

The staff is r7 16/9/10-18.

I'm not listing the staff in OP, as it doesn't break any records. However, I thought Yawg and others might like to see it for comparison with the other r7 staff reports. It looks like there is no hard link between HSR, En, and Dmg on staff stats. So now, for r7 Staffs, we've seen at least ...

* 16/10/11-20 (pic from Yawgmoth)
* 17/8/9-17 (pic from LicensedLuny)
* 16/9/10-18 from this pic.
and
* 16/9/11-19 as inscribable.

screenshot stopped working on my Zboard keyset now so i cant do any "assigned" screenshots, hopefully it'll be ok to check and screenshot after each run once ive swapped keysets over.

Bummer, sorry! I don't mind if the screenshots come after they've been picked up and id'ed, no. Unless it's something really unbelievable (like, say, a max r7 axe drop) I doubt anyone will take issue with such shots. Please do be careful to let us know where it dropped, so we know if it's inherent or inscribable source.

This dropped today from farming the Copper coins for Nick (Factions noob island during the Siege at Tsumei Village). Its one off from the OP in terms of wanding maximum damage from the claim, but more importantly it shows a single mod (50% of the max possible stats).

I guess you can use that as a place holder until the claim is backed up by someone posting a pic of a 7-11 damage r0 Wand

Also found this r2 Axe from the same run. Its the same damage as listed in your PO, but it has a damage modifier if your also looking at the damage modifiers on each level;
