wow r7 wand, never seen or heard about one, guess they excist then, and understandable theyre rare like staffs, but there aint daggers or bows r7 tho

Clairvoyant Staff req8 Domi 20/20.

I think both weapons were from one of Walles' friends and they were inactive when I last asked him about them. Still I believe him that those exist as there is a) a screen that doesn't look like a fake, b) he doesn't need to fake weapons for showing off, because I know he has some real hot shizzle (req7 15^50 War Hammer, Great Axe; req7 5nrg Dadao, req7 shields (he gave them away to randoms though when he "quit" same time as me), req7 5nrg Crenellated, req9 15-5 Crysta, req9 15^50 Dwarven, etc.) and c) he told me and I trust him.

I have had one with identical stats drop for me aswell, just haven't updated the list on this thread yet.
But as a matter of fact I've also found a 15/9/10-16 req.5 (purple, from maguuma chest) which makes my personal list now as it's probably better, just not strictly better. It may hint a possibility of a 16/9/10-16 req.5, but it depends on whether the stats of staffs are generated separetely or are connected and dependant on each other. Despite the tons of research I still haven't found out that thing.

If stats of staves were generated separately, then for example it would be enough to find a 20% HSR one with req.8 and a different one with 11-22dmg req.8 to prove that a perfect 20/10/11-22 req.8 can still be a possible drop.

The max currently droppable damage range for No Req wands and staffs is 7-11 and they're pretty common - you can get loads in PreSearing or from 40g chests.
Req.1 can probably be slightly higher but I haven't been recording data on the lowest of reqs so can't say if it's 8-11 or 7-12 or 8-12 (probably not higher than that).

Im interested in finding out what max damage for an r3 spear is since it would actually have some use beyond collecting. Anyone want to help ?

I recommend soloing some lvl 10-11 Paragon mobs on Istan for a best chance of those (blues). Don't have time to search for best ones now myself but it could be a worthwhile future project. I'd expect something around 10-14, but it's just rough estimate without collecting real data.

Very nice! Still not *strictly* better than mine because of just +8 energy. But the bars have been risen and we're even further from proving if the 3 base stats of staffs are interconnected when being generated or not. This is extremelly difficult to prove because the rarity rises dramatically with every stat increase. So now, if the stats are treated separately upon generation, the best req.5 staff would be at least a 16/9/10-17.

Best I have seen was q8 9-39 (selffound, twice, while farming raptors - I was on the lookout for highest q8s scythes and spears ever since NF release, and tons of raptors' white/blue drops were always a great source for that. q8 9-40 must be really rare as I've never seen people anywhere ask for pc or try to sell (only remember reading about one once before). Very very rough rarity estimate would be it's at least 4x more rare than a q8 15-22 sword.

Either I was really lucky yesterday or those aren't as rare as I have originally expected - just got this drop:

I've been closely observing the stats even of clean whites in search for possible highest dmg for low reqs for years, including extensive farming sessions and it's surely the first I got.

Another thing, despite all the contributions here, I think we're still very far off when it comes to the lower (below 7) req weapons. Even that very nice 6-17 (req.4) axe is probably not the best, I suspect at least 6-18 to be possible, just haven't seen one yet. And we will probably never get it for the staves - so many possibilities, all hope is in proving the theory of independant stat generation.

Remember, screenshots even of whites are exactly as helpful as golds, more is better, farm low stuff for fun and profit

)
