hello when a weapons in my case a stormbow perfect req 9 only it has 14-28 damage and not 15-28 is this a problem with the price dont know how the price drops now...

And something is considered perfect when it is r9 and has considerably popular mods on it. For examble, a "perfect" bow would be a max, r9, sundering/zealous, +30 bow.
And yes, if it's not max it's merch food. ^^ |
