I would mark this guy who made the contest a Troll , i swear he has done several other 200k 'giveaways' canceled cause of 'too few people'.
100 people signing up for this 'giveaway' as he expects is ridiculous, its obviously an attention stunt 'Oh look im wonderfull, giving 200k away'.
So i suggest a post close and a warning.

EDIT: Looked through his posts and in 2008 he did give stuff away, good for him. However this one and the last one have been fruitless.
I take back some of my harsh comments, but i wont delete them out of shame, its still pretty silly to post a 'give away' and require a large number of entrants, given the GW player base is shrinking by the minute.
