Hey, I've been playing GW for over 5 years now, however, with many long breaks. I want to max HoM asap, that's why I'm writing here. I'm 29 right now, so I still have a long way. Currently, I'm gathering materials for obsidian armor. Got ~60 shards and ~40 ectos and some money in gold. A gift for you would quicken the proccess of gathering. If you happened to have some ectos left, I would be grateful for them. I don't expect 60e, of course. 10-20 would be cool, as well. Thanks in advance.

1) Specify what it is you want the money for
-I am requesting money to pay for consets for Vanquishing.
2) Specify how much money you want
-I need about 500k for the rest of the consets to finish vanquishes/mapping for GWAMM.
3) Any additional information you want to relay
-I understand this is quite a bit to ask for but I just want to finish GWAMM before GW2 officially comes out. I'm using quite a bit of the money I have left to pay for them but this boost should provide the last of the consets I need.

ive been looking for it since years, and now its on sale and i need to gather money...
but it will need alot of money to make the guy sell it, any help is appreciated.
im collector of weird and nerfed items...

i have 45+ oldshcool shields... i have a few -2/-2 shields, and if i would get the shield, it would be in a good home when u leave for GW2.

maybe you should give the money to someone else who needs it more (for example for HoM) and to me just the shield.

I'm not sure if the tall shield is gone, but if not I'd really love it as a gift to my friend. Gave a couple of my other best friends BDS's and actually bought him a HoD sword since I recalled him mentioning it. But it seemed he already had one and I remembered wrong so I'm a bit short of a parting gift for him since I already spent most of my cash.

I would like to request 30e to finish off my HoM 30/50 to join my friend in GW2 since D3 was somewhat disappointing to us. I'm trying to get that last push for mats for Destroyer and Oppressor. This is a great idea and TIA.

Our mother died from MS not to long ago and it has been real rough on me, but more so on my brother. All I ask is maybe 50e to make me, mostly him, a little happy. Me and him will split it 50/50. First of all, I'd like to say how selfless it is of you to do this for people, it is really a great thing you're doing here.

Well my friend Ryan and I used to play together in Guild Wars, and it was our favorite thing to do together. And about 2 years ago, his father passed away, and since then he's been separated from everyone

He barely talks to anyone anymore and has little motivation to do anything.

Today I'm asking you for money because I want enough money to be able get his HoM points up. I already pre purchased GW2 for him so we can play together, but i want him to get the perks that everyone else is getting.

I remember back when we used to play, he said that he really wanted the Fiery God's Vambraces (30/50)

And I've been trying so hard to get money to help with that, but time is running out and there is no way I can do it alone

Anyways, I'm asking for 35e to help jumpstart the progress to maybe get him to around 10 or 15 out of 50, it would be great to get him to 30/50 and I'm going to try as hard as I can, but it doesn't really seem like it is possible at this point.

All I want is to give him some type of happiness and get him out of his hole so maybe we can be good friends again.

My 2cent request.

I am an avid fan of Guild Wars and Arena Net. I have been playing since launch, a long 7 years, yet in all that time, I have never purchased a set of Obsidian Armor for my Warrior. I have never been very good at farming, always showing up late to the party you could say, just getting the hang of the build/farming location, just before Anet makes changes to the game making the farm obsolete. Maybe I just have bad luck haha.

7 years though, that is a long time to stay committed to any one thing. I was actually just thinking about this the other day...
I have played guild wars longer than I have attended any one school, longer than I have dated any one girl, longer than I have played any other game, longer than I have held any one job. In the 7 years I have been playing Guild Wars, I graduated High School, attempted attending University on two separate occasions, moved from Arizona to Virginia, lived there a year, and then moved back, and now I am serving in the US Air Force. The one thing that has remained constant throughout, has been Guild Wars.

I am extremely appreciative of Arena Net for creating this world for me to have been part of for the past 7 years. Now as we approach the beginning of the next chapter of Guild Wars, I, like many others am working on my Hall of Monuments and completing titles.

Finally obtaining that set of obsidian armor, is as much for the HoM, as it is something that I would very much like to do for myself. A small donation from such a generous fan of the game I so dearly enjoy would be simply wonderful.
20ecto to help me on my way would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Luke! A year or two ago, I started buying my buddy stacks of dye as a joke. He'd amassed quite a few stacks--grey, blue, green, yellow, orange, red, purple, and brown--before he decided to give them back to me, as he wasn't playing as much. I'd really like to finish the collection, and show him the next time he pops on. I think it would take around 10 ecto to buy pink and silver, the remaining stacks. I'm putting off tackling black and white until I've got everything else :P. Thanks for your consideration!

First of all I know that you probalby wont even consider my request because this account is fairly new but i just recently found this website. Well and then i saw this post and just thought I can give it a try maybe im lucky=).

About me I have been playing Guildwars for around 5 years now more or less frequently and ofcourse i preordered GW2. After the first beta it's my goal to get at least 30 points in my Hall of Monuments, if possible i want more. At the moment I've got 23 points and on my to do list there are the elite armors and the weapons which will be quite expensive. Due to the fact that I've never been farming a lot getting all the money and materials will take quite a while, so a gift of yours would be very helpfull.

I'm asking for 25e and I'm looking foreward to your answer.

I would love some help to get my hom, more accurately valor statue, up.

The oppressor one im going to be able to get on my own, the destroyer and tormented ones are pretty much a no-go at this moment. But I dont want to ask to much so ill just summarize here below what I intend to ask.

Seeing as I am a warior, I would go for a destroyer axe (which has just an seriously awesome skin).

Therefore i would need roughly 20e.

Working on my hom to get to 30 for gw2. either way right now im on 20/50. So perhaps if i would get some help on the destroyer axe that would safe me alot of time and effort, and that... i could put into getting the rest of my hom up

And perhaps i should clarify the 'march 2012" sign up date, im actually a player since 06 (i dont dare say 05 cause im not sure, account age is now 76 months) and ive never really had to be on guru, we had serious guild-fora which offered me everything, but now since im back (a lot of breaks during those couple of years) i needed guru

I was thinking about this thread today when I thoguht I should start a Dervish. I'm not good at playing in meelee but the skills look very interesting. Then I thought if I make yet another character, I won't have time to finish up the titles or get my Elementalist scuba-diver armor.

Well, anyway, I'm going to keep working on titles, and thanks to your ectos, work on getting enough materials for my armor. Once I've got everything hopefully the servers will be up... then I will surely play a bad Dervish ;-D

I am a "veteran" player of Guild Wars ( played GW since may 2005 ) and therefore I feel feel a bit ackward to request funding for some expensive items I haven't been able to obtain yet.

Let me first explain why - first of all I am terrible at trading, so most of my drops goes to merc. And then I have several "main" characters and equipping all of them has cost me pretty much. Also all of my toons have heroes needing some gear too ( mainly runes some of which are quite expensive ). Yet I like to play them all from time to time so their gears are needed and can't be sold for money.

Lately I have worked to max Valor points, for which I need 1 tormented and 3 other weapons. I beg you to help me getting the tormented one, for which I need something like 25e to buy 1 armbrace of truth. Hello, Luke.

Like you, I've been playing GW for 6 years, though off and on as I can only play between semesters since my laptop isn't good enough to run GW. I came back my last semester a couple days ago to find my account hacked and cleared of all items of value. I changed my password and through the generosity of my guild I was able to buy some armor on my main character so I could continue playing. With that being said, my goal for the summer was going to be to finish farming enough to get Vabbian Armor for Hall of Monuments, so I am asking you for 25e. I don't know how much the material market has changed since I left so I'm not sure if I am asking for too much for what I am trying to accomplish (if that is the case please feel free to adjust my request), but that is what I plan to use it on so that I may progress further in my HoM in anticipation of GW2 and cheer myself up after the hack.

Regardless of the outcome of my request, thanks for doing this.
