Allthough this is not entirely what you're asking for, it does get the job done quickly:

We have gathered up a lot of a quest requirement item for the quest "Watch it Jiggle". We are willing to run you up to the quest and sell them to you (if you have the eye of the north expansion) for 2.9k per item. For each item you can turn in the quest once and you get 5k experience and 1.25k back.

So basically you're paying 1.65k per 5k experience.
