Failing in group is good. You learn from mistakes.
When fails happen, people won't blame you for it because they can't see how much damage you are doing. Most of the time, it's the tank and monks to blame...lol, unless you do someting really stupid like aggroing enemies when you should be waiting back for the tank to group enemies.
