Looking for help with HoM points please :)
Hey guys!
I recently played through GW2 and loved it! However, being the type of person I am, I hate to leave things unfinished. After seeing someone in awesome looking armour, and seeing 4 pet slots blacked out, I decided i'd try GW1 and collect 30 HoM points. This was also an opportunity for me to find out more about about the lore (I loved the way the first dungeon in GW2 directly addresses the first games starter quests).
Thing is, I'm a complete noob on this game, and I don't even know where to start with the HoM (i've read a few guides, but they still confuse me). So i'm looking to see if there is anyone who is prepared to carry a novice from 0 to 30 HoM points. Also I only have prophecies and EotN installed (platinum edition) would getting 30 points be too difficult?
tl;dr - Looking for a person up to the challenge of guiding a novice with prophecies and EotN to get 30 HoM starting at 0.
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks
Edit: If anyone else is also looking, in the same boat as me or just wants to tag along, feel free to do so; the more the merrier!

The best place to start is to find a guild willing to answer your questions. The only people left in the game are the people finishing up HoM, those whose computers can't run gw2, or those who liked gw1 better. This means that the majority of them will have little patience for going through every quest with you. Some of this game is meant to be discovered. A guild willing to answer your questions, take you through some of the basics, and is willing to help with things you are having trouble on (not everything) is key.
Finally, the HoM reward points are there for dedication to the game. It will be difficult for you to hop into gw and one month later have 30/50. 30/50 requires sufficient funds and the completion of many things in the game. Certainly there are strategies for starting with nothing, but it will be difficult.

Thanks for the reply!
I plan to spend more time on GW1 once i'm bored / mostly completed GW2, so after that I will try and search for a guild / figure stuff out myself.
Thanks again
