LF Traditional Chinese Guild Maker
Title says all, I need someone to make me a guild using symbols from Traditional Chinese. I can post them in the traditional chinese district's all chat so I'm assuming the guild can be created using them.

I can create japanese guilds and should be able to use the same characters as a chinese account.
