I am a graduate of LBS. ANYONE can guarantee arrival, so I did it in no death rates. Take note: Ones that I have not mastered yet are below 99.9% excluding Droknar's. Droknar's is the only run that is impossible on certain spawns.

Warcamp - Citadel - 3k Each (Min. of 2 people) NDR: 99.9%
Citadel-Copper- 3k Each (Min. of 2) NDR 99.9%
Copper-Mines - 3k Each (Min. of 2) NDR: 85%
Mines-Grotto - 3k (Min. of 2) NDR: 99.9%
Grotto-THK - 3k (Min of 2) NDR: 99.9%

Desert:
1k Per stop, you can find cheaper
