Looking to Hire a Forgemaster Running Group
Hi,
I'm looking to hire a group willing to take me to the forgemaster in the FoW. I'm willing to pay around 50k for this service.
Please don't bother suggesting LORD's service (currently having "internal issues") or LBS (250k is too pricey, no offence).
Credentials required.
Thank you.
(Please contact me in-game @ Commie Pinko, or post here)

If you think about it anything over 100k for forgemaster is ridiculous. There's not much to be done for this, and it's not that hard with a well organized group. 50k is just fine.

Lol I've done my 2 Fissure armor run with PuGs... Just be patient and have time ( It takes more time with PuGs) and you'll be happy (and you'll save lots of money! )

I have bad luck with them... Plus, I don't have too much FoW experience either--although, I can handle myself down there OK as long as the other group members can help too (most aren't too willing--they want experienced people). I don't mind going to areas where I have more experience, such as the UW, but I don't go to the FoW too often.
Well, do you (or anyone else) have a guide on that "book trick" --the character I'm putting FoW armour on is a W/Mo ...and I suppose that's where I'd be most useful.

The "book trick" is just like holding a gear or keg (if you SF farm).
If you're not familiar with this, basically this is what it does:
A Book/keg/gear makes the aggro centralize on you, and as you being the warrior, you'll have stances (for fow, at least).
At the beginning part of FoW, it's more of just a kill-all-clear-zone. It's the second part and the fort where book comes in useful, it gives the monks one target to heal instead of 8, and you have more life, take less damage, and have 75% evasion. (The book is part of a quest, so don't return it until you have your armor :])

Sign me up as well. Apart from us never seeming to have favor since before the weekend, getting my guildmates all together recently has been spotty, PUGs are a problem, and the amount of time to dedicate.
I didn't mind paying the 45K to LORDS before they had their issues rend them (I was on the final run). LBS, while I am sure is good at what they do, is out of their frickin mind if they think they are going to get 250K from me to do the same thing.
