I think this thread needs an FAQ on the first page to address the constantly recurring points being raised by new posters who refuse to read all 100+ pages

This FAQ was previously posted somewhere during the first 100 pages, but it really should me moved to the first page for quick, easy access.

I have a question... If we were in the middle of a run, and I were to disconnect. Do I get my money back or possible completion for free, or do you guys leave me out in the cold?

-Also do you think I could get a .png or your character(s). Or atleast a few high rez screenshots? I have something I want to do with them, if you have time to get them for me.

Someone get this man a sandwich. Pure genius. 99.9991% of these flames are REPEATED topics that have been answered since day 1 of the thread. The thing has gotten so huge that it is understandable that no one will read it all, or even a quarter of it. A FAQ is a beautiful idea. Except are flamers here to ask questions, or to flame? Lol it seems like they just want to point out something wrong with it. They obviously haven't done their homework to see their statements are false and/or answered. So maybe a FAQ would in turn change nothing at all.

None the less it would most likely rid out some unnecessary posts

. I really don't feel obliged to answer the same questions every other day when they're already insulting me. Tis why I never post here. Hey but enough about me. We all know I'm good looking and amazing and wonderful already. We'll go get started on that FAQ

Since I am posting for once:

Soflaz, no you wouldn't be left high and dry. You would either be refunded or ran again free of charge. If you or the runnerhad to leave = refund. If you could stay and the runner could stay = run again without paying again. If it is a consistent problem you probably shouldn't be asking for runs. For instance you're playing GW during a tropical storm or something. If we have to do runs 2 to 3 times or more you, expect us to be asking for more money...

Contact us. We'd probably need to know WHAT you're planning on doing with them hehe.

Well.. I was thinking of making a format for grads, through photoshop of course, to make umm banners for each grad using their own chars... although.... if the screenies aren't hgih enough resolution, then I would have to ask what everyone wanted for like a logo, incase, incase w/e u wanted it for. I'm really bored. It would probbly take a few days to do for all of you.

*sighs* I suppose you might say I've been cutting somewhat into your business, since I've always done these sort of things for free. Nonetheless, one of the things that is (sadly) impossible to accomplish is the self-run ... I don't think it's possible, anyhow. Therefore, I'm glad, at least, to know that there's someone I can trust to pay my way to anywhere I need should I need it. One question though: One of the swords I've discovered that was very useful that I noticed you haven't placed on your requirements list is the Henge of Denravi +5 energy sword with either 20% longer enchanments or +30 hp modifier on. Seeing as, for running anyhow, +5 energy is probably far more useful than most other modifications I would've thought the sword would be almost a strict requirement. Obviously now, with the HoD sword reaching astronomical levels, it might be a bit brutal to demand that entrants possess a sword that is worth around 200k all by its little lonesome, still I was surprised you didn't require it back when it wasn't worth much more than the gp and materials it took to craft it.

Oh yes, and another thing ... isn't there a shield with +5 energy as well? Although I suppose giving up -damage for a spot of energy isn't such a grand idea ... if you had wanted energy you'd simply switch to a focus. *shrugs* just a thought, anyway.

Uhhhh...If Thirsty is 20k, and THK is 100k, Why would RoF/Abbadons/HP be any cheaper then that? I'm slightly clueless on this one because the effort needed is way higher

I'm pretty sure Elita did all 3 RoF missions for 1 customer as he went afk for about 300-400k total. I think it took about 2-2.5 hours total.

I didnt see an answer to your question, so thought I'd drop by and reply:

We wait for you to get back online and arrange to complete the run for you, even if it means doing all or part of it over again. It wouldnt be a completion for free if you disconnect of course, but you could get your money back if you prefer that over completion. A refund would be partial if a major step of the run is completed before you disconnected (ie, you've been brought to an outpost closer to your destination, a mission was completed, etc).

Should go without saying, and should be obvious, but I didnt want this to go unanswered. We never leave you out in the cold.
