I need a Fire Wand that's either
+15 energy -1 regen

OR

+5 energy while hp>50%

But since that's only one Mod, I would like another Mod on it if possible. +casting / +recharge

I have never seen a Fire Wand like this, but I thought it would be possible, since every Fire Wand has two Mod, right?

If all else fail, I would take a 20/20 one too.

There is no such wand for collector. the only 1 available is with the 20% skill recharge but no +5 energy.
