New and improved now im a 620hp monk..

Rates:
lvl1-10 = 1.5k per lvl
lvl11-20=2k per lvl

You have to bring all of your own scrolls i suggest Hero's Insight but if you want to use Berserkers scrolls then i can tel you when to use them.

I can Power Level in several different places depending on your progression through the game:

Gates of Kryta: There is a spot in the beggining of the mission were lvling is very easy for lower lvl characters.

Elona Reach: Lvling off of the minotaurs in the beggining of the mission is good for all lvls.

Droknars Forge: the Mountain Troll cave is obviously the best place because of the good drops and the amount of trolls make it very easy to lvl.

NOW DOING SURVIVOR LVLING
"Must be done at Droks"

Survivor it is same charge of 2k per lvl (you get survivor at lvl 20)
Indomitable Survivor is 3k per skill point (you get title at imaginary lvl 50)
Not currently doing legendary to long and time consuming.
