Even if you don't have a microphone downloading ventrillo would be good. It is a small program and fairly easy to use. You can learn so much more on voice chat than you can otherwise.

Depeneding on how advanced it is i would like the service is....

I do need help with calling/tatics on some GVG maps although i am the caller for my guild im happy to spend an hour if it will improve our performance.

Just to let everyone know, this is still around but we ask that you post AND pm us in game, not one or the other. I am having a hard time of tracking people down after I schedule something because I can't remember their IGN, and if they only post here its hard to schedule anything without flooding the thread.
