Cracko is the best runner and skill capper the worlds ever seen, and he is extremele friendly, go for him.

I Need E-Surge, were do we do that from Cracko? And how much?
- Have only got droks and the close by mission to droks, do i need the other place? how much for running there and e-surge skill cap?
