Rules:
You can help if you want or stay way out of the way.
If you help, followed called targets.
Prices will be based off difficulty.
Not all caps will be done, some are just not cost effective for me to cap.(Mostly the ones in the last couple of missions in Tyria)
Please post here and do not PM me in game.
Will take caps in order of request when I am available
If you are survivor let me know ahead of time

Please post what skill you want to have capped and I will PM you in game with price.(Leave your IGN)

Core Skills:I am able to cap all core skills. These will be capped at easiest possible cap, will cost more if you do not have easiest location.

Tyria Skills:I am able to cap all Tyria skills that are not strictly in a mission. Any questions please PM me via forum.

Cantha Skills:I am able to cap all Cantha skills at this point.

Elona Skills:I am able to cap all Elonian skills. Realm of Torment skills cost extra.

Of course I can cap Echo. Perferably not in Tyria, but can do if thats the only choose. Please leave your IGN, as the one you have listed doesn't exist according to guild wars.
