Like the title says, I want a weapon with an inherent -1 health regen mod (e.g., +14% damage always, -1 health regen). I'd prefer a sword or axe, but a bow or hammer will work. Please note, I'm not looking for a weapon that gets its -1 regen solely from a vamp upgrade. I do not care about the skin, req., damage, etc., of the weapon. Fortitude mods will devalue the item. If the weapon has a vamp upgrade on it, though, for a stacked -2 regen, you'll be my hero for life. I'm only looking to spend 2-3K for this, though I'll pay more if it has a vamp mod to go with the inherent degen.

Please read the details (particularly that I don't want a fortitude mod and I'm not looking for a "godly" 50K+ item) before responding. Hopefully someone out there has what I'm looking for and is willing to make a couple plat from an otherwise junky weapon.
