or

If you have anything close, like a 9/9 or a 5^50/9%, or a perfectly modded wand with a different req, do post, I may consider it.

There are weapons with -1 health from the damage mod and -1 health from the vampiric, making it -2 total. I have one and might acquire another. Useful for suiciding faster without a suicide skill.

Updated the list - only looking for Platinum Wands now. Yes, I know how insanely rare perfect Plats are - from my knowledge, only a few exist at the moment. Needless to say, I'm paying well for a perfect wand which fits my requirements, should you happen to have one.
