I'm looking for a good restoration staff. I'm deleting a character who has a customized item and would like to find something similar for my new character.

Must have:

It must have the req. be in restoration (req. 9 or lower, 10 is also possible if all the other stats work for me)

Max Damage

Gold (must have 2 inherent modifiers):

Prefer to have:

Prefer at least one of the inherent mods to be in restoration or spell reduction
like: halves skill recharge of restoration magic 20% or halves casting time of spells 10%

Prefer other inherent mod to be:
Reduces bleeding duration on you by 20%

Not necessary, but nice to have:

An Insightful Restoration Staff would be ideal so I don't have to hunting down a +5 mod.

I prefer a Plagueborn or Cockatrice skin, but let me know what you have, it may be something I like too.

I'm looking to pay around 8K (I can go higher if everything is perfect for me or if it has a rare skin).

Please post what you have and what you want for it. A picture would be nice, but not required. I'll PM you if I'm interested.

Thanks Ark Claw! That's what I've been looking for. I hope the person still has it. Here's a picture of what I'm trying to replace.
