Yes, they do exist, but are rare to find. A few places to check: Quest "Sunspears In Kryta" given in Lion's Arch from Grasps of Insanity and Scythes of Chaos. Quest "Sunspears In Cantha" given in Kaineng Center from Graps of Insanity and Scythes of Chaos. Gates of Pain mission from the Terrorweb Dryders.
