WTB Divine favour Paper Fan
As the topic mentioned, I'm looking for a divine favour based paper fan with at least +10 energy modifier and some %HSR (I would say at least 10% here as well but I'm not as picky here.) Any additional bonus such as health would also be nice.
There must be no negative energy regeneration the focus item.
Unless you somehow find a max stat item that fits the above, do not expect me to pay a significant amount. Considering that the stats of the item can variable in this case, the price I'm willing to pay will also fluctuate so please PM me with your IGN or simply list the price you are willing to sell it on the PM (which would be much better as I'm bad with pricing.) I'm not in terrible need of this specific item but if you happen to have one or come across one and want to sell it to someone outside of a vendor, please let me know.
