doesnt exist. the lower u can find is req8, and the are really few around.
i've seen 2 req8 tactics (both ancient shield) and a dozen of req8 strenght (mostly lions, 3 kournan defenders)

Actually someone in the WTB section was buying non-max req 7's from NF which do exist. As for if the OP of this thread is doing the same I'm not sure, but it's possible to find some around 14 ar from what I've seen....

yes and it was probably deleted because it was fake.
not to mention there hasn't been a req8 colossal yet, so a 99.9% chance theres no req7.
