anyone has a max dmg composite or dead bow with these mods for sale?

+15% dmg while enchanted or
+15% or more while health is above 50%

You can get a max damage Ascalon bow from collectors in Mineral Springs. Here is a direct quote from the Guild Wars Ranger's Guide by Hansoo found at http://gamefaqs.com:

Save up your Alpine Seeds and Mountain Troll Tusks. In the Mineral Springs,
there are two collectors that offer Ascalon Bows that have 15-28 damage, and
they also have the good property +15% Damage while Health is greater than 50%.
The Ascalon Bow from the Mountain Troll Tusk collector has the range and speed
of a Short bow, while the Alpine Seed collector gives a Longbow version of the
Ascalon Bow. Also, you can trade 5 Intricate Grawl Necklaces with the Collector
just outside of Port Sledge for a 15-28 Ascalon Bow that has +15% damage while
enchanted. This bow has the range and speed of a Flatbow.
