The only one I remember is the collector directly outside Droknar's Forge, Talus Chute exit. He wants 5 feathered avicara scalps for it. Conveniently, a pack of them spawns right up the hill from the collector so you can farm them repeatedly.

Good luck farming tengu, they're vicious...but I know it can be done solo with warrior, monk, ranger and elementalist if you have the right skillset. I've never known anyone to solo them as necro or mesmer.

i belive there is either a fire or air outside elona (5 topaz crest ) i think there is also one somewhere around droknars the towns in that area
