Hey guys im not really looking for anything 2 expensive so 15% and 14% may be a little bit out of my price range, but let me know if u have eather. I would prefer clean but with +health mods are accepted. Let me Know what you got!

i have gold fellblade energy degen -1, energy on hit 1, +14%(vs hexed foes)

I think I have what you are looking for:

Icy Fellblade of Defense (Purple)
15-22 Damage Req 9 Sword mastery
+11% Damage while enchanted
+4 defense

I have a few other hilts laying around if you don't like cold damage.
A nice sword if you don't want to spend 150k+ on a 15% one =)

I have a number that fit your description perfectly. Flamberge, Wingblade, Gladius, Spatha and others with 14>50% with health mods and such, req. 9, 10 or 11.
